The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans recently celebrated their 70th anniversary, and we were honored when they asked Grand Cuisine to cater their big Anniversary Gala.
The event took place at Constitution Hall of The Headquarters of Daughter’s of the American Revolution. As a nod to the Association’s history, we created a unique menu reminiscent of the 1940’s – with an exciting modern twist. Even the décor that graced the tabletops created a feeling of walking back in time at this white tie dinner celebration.
Guests enjoyed every aspect of the menu, from the delectable appetizers to the plated and passed desserts. Take a look at our menu for the evening, and enjoy a culinary trip to the past!
